Instructions

Step 1
1. Slice the bell peppers, onion, zucchini, and broccoli.
Step 2
2. Chop the chicken into bite size pieces.
Step 3
3. Spray oil to a pan and add the chicken. Cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4
4. Add onions and cook until translucent.
Step 5
5. Add bell peppers and broccoli. Combine well.
Step 6
6. Add 1/2 c bone broth and cover. Cook for 3 minutes.
Step 7
7. Add zucchini, 3/4 C SF stir fry sauce, and seasonings of choice.
Step 8
8. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until all vegetables are cooked through.
Step 9
9. Divide into 4 Tupperware. Each serving is 1.5 c chicken mixture and 0.5 c rice.
