Instructions

Step 1
1. Rinse the rice. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet in a saucepan of lightly salted water.

2. Rinse and slice the cabbage and the green onions.

3. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces

4. Heat a work or pan with the oil over a medium-high heat and fry the garlic and green onions until fragrant.

5. Add the chicken and fry until it begins to brown. Add the cabbage and fry for approximately 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Season with salt, pepper, and any other spices or herbs of your choice.

6. Serve the stir fry with the rice.
