Boil rice and set aside

Fry garlic with ginger, cumin, fenugreek leaves, cinnamon, chili flakes. Stir

Add prawns and cook until they begin to change pink. Take off the heat and add salt and pepper and stir more.

Put butter and oil at bottom of pan and then a layer of rice. Then the prawns and rice combined. Cook for 40 mins lowest temperature on gas/medium on electric.
