Instructions
Step 1
Add oil, garlic, onions, bell pepper with salt and pepper in large pot over medium heat; cook 4-5 mins. Stir frequently until onions are translucent.
Step 2
Add spiced to pot and stir to coat. Add the salsa, stock and sugar, stir. Bring to boil.
Step 3
Once boiling, add beans and corn. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
