Step 1
Gently heat the oat milk, coconut milk, cocoa and honey until it comes to a simmer then stir through the peanut butter and oats. Stir well and cook for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a skillet or baking dish then pop into a pre-heated oven set at 200c / gas mark 6 for 15-20 minutes. To serve drizzle over some coconut milk, honey and a sprinkling of mixed nuts and berries.
