Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas 5.
Step 2
Mix the oats, hemp seed (if using) and most of the nuts in a 1–1.2-litre ovenproof dish. Stir in the nut milk, cardamom pods and salt. Add the mashed and sliced banana and the sliced peach and stir together.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the oats are creamy and most of the milk has been absorbed.
Step 4
Remove from the oven, discard the cardamom pods, then serve in bowls, drizzled with maple syrup and scattered with the remaining nuts.
