Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
Line a muffin tin with paper cases

Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step 3
In another bowl mix together oil, yogurt, eggs and bananas.
Step 4
Mix everything together
Step 5
Spoon into the paper cases.
Step 6
Sprinkle some extra oats on top of each muffin.
Step 7
Bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for a further 10 minutes until risen and lightly golden.
