Step 1
Leave skins on potatoes and cut into large pieces or use baby potatoes and cut in half. Place potatoes in varoma dish. Add 700g water into TM bowl, place varoma dish on top and steam for 25 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 2. Give the potatoes a stir something during the steaming period. The potatoes won't be fully cooked which is perfect. PREHEAT OVEN TO 200c. Place potatoes into baking dish (lined if you want). Tip out remaining water in TM bowl and dry. Add garlic to TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 6. Add butter to garlic and melt for 2 minutes at 60 on speed 2-3. Add paprika and cayenne and mix through butter. Pour mixture over potatoes and stir to coat. Bake for 35-50 minutes, then squash the potatoes with the back of your MC or a metal spoon.
