Add Mulukhiyah powder and mix throughly until it becomes homogeneous

Add paprika, tomato paste , Coriander powder, garlic ,onions, beef , Salt
Mix (make sure the Meat is swimming)
Cover the presure coocker
Turn up the heat (8/10)

Remove lid and add bay leaf , lower the heat (3/10) until a fine cover of oil apear on top now it s ready to serve Optional :(you can add Hot green chilies, orange peel at the start of this step )
