Instructions
Step 1
Tear the iceberg lettuce into pieces in a large bowl
Step 2
Toss in the ham, drained sweetcorn, grated emmental and avocado chunks
Step 3
Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and then pour over the salad before tossing everything together
