Step 1
In a saucepan add in oil, garlic, ginger, onion and sauté till fragrant on medium heat

Next add in carrot, cherry tomato stir together and cover to fry for 3 minutes
Step 3
Next add cabbage, chilli, salt, seasoning stir and cover for 2 minutes
Step 4
Next sprinkle Latifah spice & pour over beaten eggs, the sliced onion cover and allow to cook on the lowest setting for 8 minutes
Step 5
Now give it a gentle stir and cover to cook for further 3 minutes sever and enjoy.
