Boursin and bacon pasta

Step 1

Boil the pasta as instructions. As the pasta boils, dice the bacon then fry.

Step 2

When the bacon is ready, add the two cheeses to the pan.

Put the chopped broccoli in with the pasta for the last 5 minutes.

Add 50mls pasta water to the sauce and mix together.
