Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
2. Mix loaf ingredients (beef, eggs, ketchup, half can of tomato sauce, chopped onion, milk, soup mix, ginger, pepper, garlic, and cumin ) and shape into a loaf.
Step 3
3. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
Step 4
4. Cover loaf with topping ingredients (half can of tomato sauce, Brown sugar, and ground mustard). Cover with foil and bake an additional 25 minutes.
