Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spray 1 quart baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix together egg whites, onion soup mix and mayonnaise stir in veggies.

Pour into baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until top is golden.
