Ingredients
4 servings
2 tablespoonstoasted sesame oil
2 poundsskinless boneless chicken breasts
or thighs
½ cupchicken bone broth
1 tablespoonginger
finely minced, peeled
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
0.5 poundsugar snap peas
¼ cuplow sodium soy
2 tablespoonsrice vinegar
½ cuphoney
¼ cupsesame seeds
toasted
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Thinly slice the chicken and add to the skillet.
Step 3
Add the broth and ginger and sprinkle with the garlic powder, salt,

and pepper.
Step 5
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until the chicken is almost cooked through.
Step 6
Add the sugar snaps and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until tender, and the chicken is opaque white and not pink in the middle.
Step 7
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, and honey.
Step 8
Add to the skillet and cook until the flavors are incorporated and the sauce starts to thicken.
Step 9
Remove from the heat, sprinkle with the sesame seeds, and serve.
