Instructions

Step 1
Line a small baking sheet or dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a microwave safe bowl- add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds, and mix. Microwave for another 30 seconds, take out and mix well.
Step 3
Fold in blueberries and cashews.
Step 4
Pour mixture onto baking sheet and spread into a thin layer.
Step 5
Top with coconut and salt.
Step 6
Freeze for one hour.
Step 7
Take out of freezer and break into pieces.
Step 8
Enjoy!
