Step 1
Chop onions
Step 2
Mince garlic
Step 3
Pat chicken dry, season with italian seasoning and salt and pepper
Step 4
Oil pan and cook chicken for 3 - 5 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
Step 5
Boil water with salt and cook gnoochi until they float, removing from water and placing in bowl as they become ready. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. Set aside.
Step 6
Heat olive oil in pan and cook onion for 4 - 5 minutes then add garlic
Step 7
Heat garlic until fragrant then mix and add grape tomatoes and crushed canned tomatoes. Cover and heat until cherry tomatoes split then mash. 5 - 8 minutes.
Step 8
Slice chicken and then add gnocchi and chicken to pan. Mix.
Step 9
Add parmesan, 1 tablespoon butter, and pasta water until saucy.
Step 10
Season with remaining italian seasoning and salt & pepper Mix.
Step 11
Plate and top with parmesan.
