Instructions
Step 1
Toast one piece of whole grain bread.
Step 2
Heat a small pan with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Crack egg into pan, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper and cook until your it is to your liking. About 2 minutes. Turn off heat and flip egg.
Step 4
Mash your avocado and spread on toast. Top with fried egg and drizzle hot sauce on top.
