Instructions
Step 1
Sliced Red Onions, add it to a cold water bowl and let soak for 15 minutes, discard the water. Repeat if needed
Step 2
Vietnamese Coriander - Before washing, hold stems downward with one hand, using the other hand, run it down from the top to remove the leaves, discard the stem
Step 3
Salt & Black Pepper mix a tablespoon of each into a small bowl
Step 4
While the chicken is still warm, shred or tear the chicken into a large mixing bowl
Step 5
Sprinkle the salt & pepper mix
Step 6
Mix well, taste and adjust as needed
Step 7
Add the sliced onions and Vietnamese Coriander
Step 8
Mix well then serve as a side dish with the Chicken Pho
Step 9
You can enjoy this dish with Jasmine Rice
