Instructions
Step 1
make the sugar syrup – sugar and water to the boil for 2 mins
Step 2
cool and refrigerate
Step 3
whisk in the coconut milk and lemon juice to taste
Step 4
freeze. Remove when semi frozen and blend
Step 5
blend again and fold in one stiffly beaten egg white and freeze again
