Instructions

Egg Salad

Step 1
Boil the eggs for about 10min.
Step 2
Meanwhile chop the onion.
Step 3
Dice the eggs.
Step 4
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl. Mix until well combined.

Shrimps

Chop the basil.
Step 6
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the shrimps and fry for 1min. Then add the seasoning and fry for another minute.

Wrap

Step 7
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the sriracha mayo.
Step 8
Place the salad, egg salad and shrimps on top.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
