Thai chop salad Ingredients: 3 cups chopped green cabbage 2 cups chopped purple cabbage 1 cup diced cucumber 1/2 cup sliced green onion 1 cup diced bell pepper 1 cup shredded carrots 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1 cup air fried tofu 1/2 cup chopped roasted cashews Dressing: 3 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 cup peanut butter 1tsp sriracha 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp garlic store in the fridge for 5 days!
