Ingredients

1kgturkey tail
chofi
4bay leaves
2star anise
6 grinsserlim
4 cupwater
¼ cupsalt
more or less
red food colour
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl combine everything together mix and marinate for 15-20 minutes in the fridge (if longer will become very salty)
Step 2
Deep fry in enough oil for 25-30 minutes or air fry or oven bake is absolutely fine. ( I left the big ones to fry longer or you may want to cut them before frying)
Step 3
Serve with whatever and enjoy!

Note: I used salt & vinegar solution to clean the tails, this is very important also lemon and lime work perfectly. Check my channel for another method of make it.
