Roasted Vegetable and Chicken Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Marinate chicken in 2 tbsp olive oil and spices for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Coat veggies in 1 tbsp olive oil and spices.
Step 3
Add chicken, veggies and garlic cloves to baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 400F.
Step 4
Cut chicken in pieces and mash garlic with a fork.
Step 5
In a large pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, cooked pasta, chicken, vegetables and mashed roasted garlic.
Step 6
Use tongs to toss mixture together. Serve with red pepper flakes and parmesan if desired.
