Instructions

Step 1
1. Make the marinade by combining the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, paprika, and chile powder in a medium bowl.

2. De-stem and de-gill the portobello mushroom. Gently wipe the portobello with a damp towel. Place the mushroom in the marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings, and toast bread if desired.

4. Saute portobello in a small, nonstick pan on medium for about 15 minutes, or until the portobello has has shrivled edges. Place on bread and add toppings. Enjoy!
