Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a big pot or skillet. Saute chicken until almost done. Add onions and garlic, and saute with chicken until soft. Pour in wine. Cook until reduced by half. Throw in jar of marinara sauce. Cook together for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Start Rigatoni. Drain when cooked.
Step 3
Stir in cream until thickened (I use about a half pint of cream to one jar of sauce.. you can use more if you need). Pour in pepper juice to taste.
Step 4
Add in mushrooms, pepper slices and olives if desired.
Step 5
Add sauce and pasta to plate. Cover in parmesan cheese.
