Dutch stir-fry with chipolata and baby potatoes

Step 1
Cut the zucchini into cubes.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir-fry the baby potatoes, stir-fry vegetables and zucchini for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 3
Season the stir-fry with 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning, a pinch of salt and some pepper.
Step 4
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in another frying pan and fry the chipolata sausages on all sides for 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the chipolata sausages into pieces and stir them into the stir-fry.
Step 6
Tip Prefer vegan? Replace the chipolata sausages with a vegetarian variant. Extra nice and spicy with a hand of arugula. Finally, divide this over the stir-fry.
