Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to packet instructions.
Step 2
Add ginger, carrot and zucchini to pan and heat until vegetables for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the chicken and cook for a further 5-8 minutes or until chicken has cooked through. Add hoisin sauce and heat for a further 1-2 minutes until dish is warmed through.
Step 4
To serve, divide noodles into two bowls and top with chicken and vegetable mix and avocado. Store leftovers in the fridge.
