Instructions
Step 1
Measure the chia seeds, cacao, syrup and almond milk into mixing bowl.
Step 2
Whisk for 5 seconds to incorporate the seeds and liquid.
Step 3
Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Whisk again for 5 seconds.
Step 5
Transfer to the fridge to activate for at least 2 hours.
Step 6
You can stir the chia seeds a couple of times throughout.
Step 7
To serve, transfer to serving glass / bowl.
Step 8
Garnish with dried banana, chopped almonds, orange zest and cacao nibs.
