Step 1
Cube potato’s and dice the onion into seperate bowls. Cool rice as normal with chicken stock cubes in the rice water. Marinate the chicken in the curry paste.
Step 2
Brown onion in a pan.
Step 3
Add chicken to pan.
Step 4
Brown chicken then add mixed herbs and potato and brown. Then add some chickens stock and water to pan. Bring to simmer and add coconut cream. Simmer for 30 min or until chicken is cooked.
