Keema with Potatoes and Peas OR Bell peppers

You can use this standard keema (minced chicken) recipe with just potatoes, just peas or chopped bell peppers too for some variation

500gchicken breast
minced

1onion
chopped

4tomatoes
chopped

1 Tbspgarlic
mined

1 Tbspminced ginger

1 tspsalt

1 tspred chilli flakes

5green chillies

½ tspturmeric powder

5 Tbspoil

4potatoes
substitute for peppers

3bell peppers
substitute for potatoes

1 cupfrozen peas

1 tspmango powder

1 tsppaprika powder

¼ tspgaram masala

Instructions
Step 1
Mix 500g minced chicken with chopped onion, tomatoes, oil, ginger and garlic pastes, salt, red chilli flakes, green chillies and turmeric powder.
Step 2
Cook the mixture on high heat for 10-15mins until it changes colour and the water dries
Step 3
Add chopped potatoes and mix on high heat for a couple mins, then add frozen peas and mix. In this step, you can add just potatoes, just peas or chopped bell peppers too.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low heat for 15mins until the minced chicken and veggies are cooked through. Add a few tbsp water if needed. If you are making it with bell peppers, you dont need to add any extra water.
Step 5
Once cooked, add mango powder, paprika powder, garam masala, chopped corriander, cover and cook on low heat for couple mins.
