Step 1
1. Turn the oven on broil high

2. Roast the peppers under the broiler until chard on all sides. Remove from oven Put the peppers in a bowl cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let them sit for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes peel the skin it should come right off (do not rinse under water) Cut off the stem, remove the seeds and Slice into strips.
Step 3
3. Dressing- in a small bowl mix together extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, capers, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper and chili flakes.
Step 4
4. Toss the peppers in the dressing and plate with some fresh mozzarella cheese and garnish with some more fresh basil and enjoy!!
