or half of a whole chicken

charcoal burned

0.25celeriac
1carrot
1 cmginger
1parsley root
1bay leaf
2sage leaves
2allspice

to cook and fresh to serve
1stock pot
or 2 chicken oxo cubes
1 tspvegeta
1 tspturmeric

Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare all the ingredients. Veggies cut in big chunks.
Step 2
2. Burn the onion so it release juices, black burns visible.
Step 3
3. Add water and cook 1.5 hours on small fire or 50 mins in instant pot.
Step 4
4. Serve with egg noodles.
Step 5
5. Season with black pepper or crushed chilli flakes.
