Easy doesn't even begin. Cut bakery sub rolls in half to make mini "French bread" pizzas. Grated parmesan works best for this, rather than shredded parmesan.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Roll the ground Italian Sausage into little (05. in diameter) balls and saute in a frying pan on medium-high heat until cooked through -- about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut sub rolls in half lengthwise and top each half with 1/2 cup marinara sauce, then 1/4 cup mozzarella, then any meat or vegetable toppings, then another 1/4 cup of mozzarella, then 2 tbsp grated parmesan
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Top with basil and roasted red pepper flakes
