Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs with the salt and about 3/⁴ cups water.
Step 2
As enough flour to make a smooth, viscous dough. Beat well with a wooden spoon.
Step 3
Push the dough through a dumpling strainer into a pot containing a generous quantity of salted boiling water.
Step 4
Remove the cooked dumplings with a slotted spoon when they float to the top.
Step 5
