Step 1

Put raw chicken breasts into the slow cooker

Add the red thai curry kit
Step 3
Make up 200mls of Chicken Stock and add to the slow cooker
Step 4

Garlic press the garlic and ginger or chop finely, add to slow cooker



Step 5
Turn Slow Cooker On 7 Hours Low
Step 6
After 6 Hours 45 Minutes - Put the udon noodles into the Slow cooker and stir
Step 7

Chop lengthways some spring onion for garnish
Step 8
Chop a lime into quarters for garnish
Step 9
Serve up!
