Ingredients
7 servings

28 ozcrushed tomatoes

5mushrooms
diced into small pieces

¼ cupbell pepper
diced

0.5onion
large, diced

2 tablespoonsdouble concentrate tomato paste

¼ cupgarlic
finely diced

2sundried tomatoes

1 teaspoonFresh Thyme leaves
roughly

1 cupparsley
finely chopped

3 cupsfresh spinach

black pepper
to taste

salt
to taste

onion powder
to taste

garlic powder
to taste
Tomato bullion with chicken flavor

3 cupsred wine

0.25 poundsground sausage

red pepper flakes
to taste

1 poundground beef

7 servingsspaghetti noodles

2 tablespoonsolive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Put spaghetti noodles in with 4 cups of chicken broth and 7 servings of spaghetti noodles in a large pot, covered, on medium high heat to begin boiling.
Step 2
In a large pot begin cooking all vegetables listed above, with the meats as well. Cook until beef and sausage are cooked through.

Step 3
Use napkins to remove the grease from the meat. Or drain grease from meat.
Step 4
Add red wine to pot and let alcohol cook off, then
add all seasonings listed above to the pot, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and the 28 oz. Of crushed tomatoes.
Step 5
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
Add 2 cups of pasta water to your meat sauce and increase heat to medium.
Step 7
Drain pasta and add to meat sauce and let sit on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and it's ready to serve in 5-10 minutes.
