Instructions

Step 1
1. Line buttered 7-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
2. Combine flour and sugar in large bowl. Grate butter into flour. Add grated cheese and stir to coat. Then add the Bueno and stir just until you can no longer see dry flour.

3. Sprinkle Flour counter top and pour out dough. Knead until no longer wet.

4. Pinch off 8 same size pieces and roll into flour and form into ball. Place each ball into prepared pan, right up Next to each other. This will help them rise.

5. Preheat Air fryer 380°F.
Step 6
6. Transfer the pan to Fryer, cook for 20 minutes. Check on them a couple of times too make sure they are not getting too brown. If they are, cover with foil and continue cooking. Once time is up, place toothpick into center, should come out clean. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle on more cheese, optional. Take them out, pull apart and ENJOY...
