Chickpea fall salad
Fresh salad, to help loose weight !

Ingredients
2 servings
1 x 15 ozcan chickpeas
2 Tbspolive oil
½ tspcumin
½ tspturmeric
½ tspcinnamon
¼ tspginger
¼ tspsalt
or to taste
6 cupskale
chopped
¼ cupwalnut halves
¼ cupApple Cider Vinaigrette
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Combine the chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and salt together.
Step 3
In the air fryer, spread the chickpeas out on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Select fries and press start
Step 4
Toss the chopped kale, walnuts, and vinaigrette together.
Step 5
Add in the roasted chickpeas, toss, and enjoy!
