HAMBURGER PATTY

ONO’S LOCO MOCO⤵️ GRAVY 1.5 cups beef stock 4 tsp shoyu (soy sauce) 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp ketchup 5 tsp cornstarch HAMBURGER PATTY 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS 1 small onion, sliced (optional) 3/4 cup onions, sliced (optional) Sunny side up egg, for serving Rice, for serving Chopped scallion, garnish 1. Mix all of your ingredients under GRAVY and set this aside 2. Then mix all of your ingredients under HAMBURGER PATTY and form into patty’s (3/4 in - 1 inch thick) 3. Once you’ve formed your hamburger patty, heat up a pan on medium heat and cook your patties for 3-5 minutes each side. 4. Set each patty on a piece of paper to catch any excess grease. 5. In the same pan you cooked your patties, melt 1 TBSP butter. Once butter is melted, add your onions and cook for 2 minutes. 6. After your onions have been cooking for 1 minute, add your mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes. 7. Then melt 1 more TBSP butter and then pour in your GRAVY. Cook and stir this until your sauce thickens 8. Now that everything is cooked, assemble your bowl: rice, hamburger patty, gravy, sunny side up egg and scallion to garnish ❗️you can use a pre-made hamburger patty from the grocery store as a shortcut!🙂
