Instructions

Step 1
Cook the meat in a roaster for an hour and a half and season with worsteshire and garlic powder.
Step 2
When meat is tender after cooking on 400 for a half an hour, turn down to 350, then start cutting your veggies in chunk pieces.
Step 3
Season and olive oil your veggies and cook separately in the roaster, let your meat rest. Season veggies with the beef broth from your meat or using a box of beef broth.
Step 4
Cook veggies for an hour and a half until tender
Step 5
Blend meet and veggies together and season again place in oven for another 30 min. Serve with a chutney or eat with all the juices at the bottom of your roaster
