Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F.
Step 2
(2 Cut the potatoes and carrots into wedges or stalks.
Step 3
(3) Toss the chicken, potatoes and carrots with olive oil, thyme and salt
Step 4
(4 Place the chicken and veggies in an ovenproof form and bake for 20 minutes, or until done.
Step 5
(5) Tip! The veggies might need a little longer than the chicken.
Step 6
(6) Top the yogurt with salt and pepper, add some extra seasoning like fresh herbs and garlic.
