Mom's Hamburger Soup
Brown meat in large kettle, boil the water. Add meat and remaining ingredients, bring back to boil. Simmer 1-1.5 hrs.
Note: It is better the next day I think. :) Can use whatever veg in varying amounts in my opinion. I have added black beans too.
