Instructions
Step 1
To make the sauce, place the chopped garlic, chillies, ketchup, honey, soy sauce, water and thai sweet chilli sauce in a saucepan.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, then turn it down to simmer and leave while you prepare the chicken.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into strips and place in a bag with a generous amount of cornstarch. Seal the bag and toss to coat the chicken.
Step 4
Heat up some oil and shallow fry the chicken until cooked.
Step 5
Toss in the sauce and serve with rice.
