Generously butter 8 ramekins
Step 2
Stir chocolate, butter, and spices in saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth, cool slightly

Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla in a large bowl. Whisk in 3 cups powdered sugar, chocolate mixture, and flour

Transfer batter to ramekins, filling to top (if making a day ahead, cover and refrigerate)
Step 5
Preheat oven to 425. Bake about 15-18 minutes, until batter has risen above the dish and edges are brown but center is soft and runny
Step 6
Run a knife around the cakes to loosen and rest for 5 minutes. Place dessert plate on top of ramekin and flip gently
