Instructions

Step 1
Add flour, yeast, salt, and sugar to mixer bowl, and whisk to combine Combine water and oil in small bowl or measuring cup
Step 2
With mixer set to low, slowly stream in water and oil mixture and mix until a shaggy dough forms
Step 3
Once dough has combined, knead the dough in speed 2 for 3 minutes
Step 4
Cover and rise for 1 hour until dough has doubled in size
Step 5
Spread dough into a greased sheet pan, top with your favorite toppings and bake at 425° for 15 minutes
