Instructions
Fried chicken
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast in small and thin slices
Step 2
Marinate chicken pieces in salt, pepper and soy sauce for half hour
Step 3
Add cornstarch and egg and mix it well
Step 4
Fry in oil for 5mins till golden and set it aside
Cooked sauce
Step 5
In some oil, add soy sauce, salt, red chilli powder and sugar. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 5-7mins
Manchurian sauce
Step 6
In some oil fry the garlic and add chilli powder, salt, sugar and soy sauce and fry it for a couple mins
Step 7
Add chicken stock, ketchup and water and bring it to a boil
Step 8
Add the fried chicken, vegetables (onions and bell peppers) and cooked sauce (prepared in second step) and cook on high heat for couple mins
Step 9
Mix 3 tbsp cornstarch with some water to form a paste and pour it in to make Manchurian mix thicker. Cover and cook on low heat to ensure it is cooked through.
Step 10
Take it off the heat once you reach desired consistency. Add more water if it becomes too thick or add more cornstarch mix if it is too runny.
Step 11
Serve it with egg fried rice
