Easy chicken stir fry
This is one of the easiest yet tastiest stir fries. It is so simple to make it comes together in no time, it is perfect for those busy days or those long Ramadan days when you don’t feel like cooking.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Slice the chicken breast into thin bit size strips. Put the chicken in a large bowl, to the chicken add 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 Tbsp cornstarch mix really well and marinade for about 30 minutes or longer.

2. While the chicken is marinating, start chopping and slicing your veggies.

3. Put the wok or a deep nonstick pan on high heat, add in 1 cup of oil then the chicken and stir fry the chicken for about 5 to 6 minutes then remove it from the wok.
Step 4
4. Remove some of the oil from the wok. Leave about 2 tablespoons then start stir frying the veggies for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 5
5. Next add the chicken back in then add in a 1/4 cup soy sauce, a 1/4 cup hoisin sauce and cook everything together for about 1 more minute and done. Serve it over some white rice and enjoy.
