Step 1
Marinate the squid in ( milk,vinegar,paprika,salt,and calamansi/lemon) 4-6hrs
Step 2
In a bowl#1, put in the flour+ cornstarch mixture ,bowl #2. Crack some eggs, and bowl #3 breadcrumbs
Step 3
Coat the squid with flour+ cornstarch mixture first, dip it into the egg , and coat with bread crumbs
Step 4
Deep fry ( medium heat) until your coating has a crispy and golden look.

mix together all the ingredients of the sauce
