Step 1
In a medium bowl add egg yolks, pumpkin purée, condensed milk. and pumpkin spices. Whisk all the ingredients and temper the mixture by adding boiling heavy cream with lots of whisk. Fill the mini pumpkin with the mixture and place them in a deep baking pan. Fill the pan with boiling water and place it in the oven at 350 F for 60 minutes. Let them cool in the fridge for a couple hours, sprinkle some granulated sugar, and brûlée the top. Garnish with pumpkin purée cream and some nuts.
